If my child is currently enrolled in preschool, are they automatically enrolled to Transitional Kindergarten (TK) or Kindergarten?

If my child is enrolled in Duarte Preschool, how do I ensure they are enrolled for TK or Kindergarten next School Year?

You will need to visit the elementary office and submit documentation. This usually consists of:
• Parent Identification - Photo ID
• Student’s proof of age: Birth Certificate, Passport, or Baptismal record.
• Proof of Residence: Utility bill, rental/lease agreement, mortgage statement, property tax bill, recent pay stub, voter registration, government-issued mail.

• Proof of required Immunizations

• Dental Examination
