General Enrollment Information

*Enrollment for the 2026-2027 school year begins April 16th. For more information, please print the checklist using the link at the bottom of this page.   

General Enrollment Information
Students must turn 3 or 4 years of age on or before December 2 of the school year in which they are enrolling. 
Age 4: Born on or between 9/2/22-12/1/22*
Age 3: Born on or between  12/2/22-12/1/23
Age 2: We now serve 2-year-olds who have had their second birthday and do not otherwise meet the definition of "three-year-old children."
 
* Every child whose fourth birthday occurs by September 1 will have access to TK.  For more information, contact your nearest elementary school office.

 

Preschool Enrollment Process & Required Documents

Step 1:

Pick up an application at the Preschool Office

And pre-register online  New Student Registration

 

Application

Authorization to Contact Employer (State Preschool Only)

Physical Exam Form (LIC 701) (Must be within the year and before the first day of class.)

Health History (LIC 702)

Identification and Emergency Information Form

 

Step 2:

Return the completed application and supporting documents to the office and set up an enrollment appointment.

 

Proof of Income (last 30 days). If self-employed, provide income for the last 3 months

Work/Class schedule and verification (Full-Day only)

Proof of Address (for example, electricity, gas, water, trash, home telephone, etc.)

Parent/Guardian ID

Parent email address (mandatory)

Immunization Record (MUST BE UP TO DATE)

Birth Records (including siblings under 18)

 

Step 3:

Attend your enrollment appointment for final signatures.
