General Enrollment Information

Register for 2026-27 State Preschool in March!

*Enrollment for the 2026-2027 school year begins April 16th. For more information, please print the checklist using the link at the bottom of this page.   

General Enrollment Information

Students must turn 3 or 4 years of age on or before December 2, of the school year in which they are enrolling. 

Age 4: Born on or between 9/2/22-12/1/22*
Age 3: Born on or between  12/2/22-12/1/23
Age 2: We now serve 2-year-olds who have had their second birthday and do not otherwise meet the definition of "three-year-old children."
 
* Every child whose fourth birthday occurs by September 1 will have access to TK.  For more information, contact your nearest elementary school office.

Please Provide the Following Paperwork:
  • Child’s birth record
  • Child’s immunization record
           Polio (3 doses)
    DTP (4 doses)
    MMR (1 dose)
    HEPB (series of 3 doses)
    Hib (at least 1 dose) 
    TB assessment
            Varicella (1 dose or documentation of immunity from a physician)
  • Child's physical exam (no more than 1 year old) 
  • Proof of Residency (water, gas, trash, or electricity bill)
  • Verification of family income  (paycheck stubs for the last 30 days)
  • Verification of family size
  • All children's birth records (including siblings) -State Preschool Program Only

*Once this paperwork is turned in, an enrollment appointment will be scheduled.  You may be asked to provide current income and proof of address again at the time of your appointment.
